Pummel ragdoll clowns with metal pies! We thought about creating a premise for this game, some kind of story, but gave up on the idea. Laughing clowns are tossed into the air, mocking you. Throw metal pies at them! Soon their shrill laughter will turn to anguished cries of pain. Why pay for therapy when you can play I Hate Clowns?

Hey Matthew,
This game is really fun! But I almost wish there was a little more to it. Because the score counts down and not up, there’s little incentive to do more than the minimum. I want go bat-shit crazy with pie-throwing, and try and rack up wicked combos! But the game won’t show me in points how awesome my combos are. If it did, players might be more tempted to replay levels, even if they’ve beaten them.
Also, there’s a surprising amount of flexibility in the clown models, but it all moves too fast to appreciate. If the game ran a bit slower, I bet players could really fine-tune their throws, causing clowns to repel off each other.
All in all, it’s hella addictive. I can’t believe I played 47 levels in a row…

What’s most impressive about this is how smoothly it runs in the browser.
